REFUND POLICY

Webnyxa undertakes all projects under the scope of objectives that determine the direction / route followed by the project.

Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which Webnyxa will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of Webnyxa in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.

All the information that we collect is utilized for bettering our web site’s content, to notify the clients about our website updates or to look into the problem with their request. In case you do not want to receive any email from us in the future, please inform us by writing in to us either through e-mail or letter.

Coverage & Scope

This Refund Policy covers Webnyxa action and approach towards refunds. This Refund Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Webnyxa does not own or control or of persons that Webnyxa does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which Webnyxa websites link.

Refund can only be processed within 30 days of invoice date against any respective milestone.

When Do You Qualify for Refunds?

When you file a complaint to Webnyxa, we first try to provide an ideal solution to the issue you are facing. Your case is first introduced to the technical team and then reported further to the experts’ panel. Refund is only made in the extreme circumstances, when nothing good can be done to solve the issue.

While planning for refunds we check for soundness and validity of the case, applying different conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, refund may apply*

* Development/Post-sales operations has not yet started
* The issues with the project are beyond the scope of rectification/resolution/fixing
* You have not violated our payment terms
* You have not used any information for monetary/business benefits (gained during the course of association)
* The reasons you made are valid/rational/realistic enough to qualify for refund trial
* Should be able to demonstrate his/her innovative UI design and development skills and understand what makes an app addictive and appealing.
* You have presented all the proofs and evidences surfacing your refund claim
* The claim does not arise from any billing dispute coming from your bank or payment vendor
*Important Note: If any of the points mentioned above is found violated, your claim will be considered void. The decision on refunds is final and irrevocable.

Processing of Refunds

The partial refunds will be processed and mailed within 180 business days of the date of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed upon in the beginning of the project ie; refund by check or refund by credit card.

And the full refunds will be processed and mailed within 50 business days of the date of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed upon in the beginning of the project ie; refund by check or refund by credit card.

Changes

Webnyxa may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Webnyxa website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
