Platform overview

SOVA pairs a mobile app for field users with a web dashboard for administrators, connected by a shared backend. Field teams use the app to perform their work and capture operational data on the ground, while managers get real-time visibility, analytics and control from the web. Everything stays consistent through backend services and APIs.

The challenge

Running field operations across multiple sites is hard to keep on top of: people, tasks, vehicles and assets are constantly moving, and without a single system, tracking happens on paper or in scattered tools. Organizations needed one centralized platform that reflects what's actually happening in the field, accurately and in real time.

How it works

Users check in and out with NFC taps, so activity is verified and accurately tracked. Work is organized into Tours, Tour Tasks and Non-Tour Tasks, alongside day-to-day task management. As field users complete their work and capture data, real-time dashboards show live status, monitor active and inactive users across locations, and turn it all into operational reports.

Beyond core tasking, SOVA brings a wide set of operational modules into a single platform, covering people, vehicles, assets and safety equipment, so teams don't have to juggle separate systems for each part of their day.
