Background
Art Johnson, founder of Infinity Systems, learned through Fortune 500 leadership roles that teams perform best when they understand and focus on the organization's mission. Engagement alone isn't enough, what matters is alignment. His Orgametrics and Equimetrics tools quantify that alignment by measuring how well leaders communicate purpose and how it translates into daily action.
The challenge
Infinity Systems needed a survey management system serving three distinct user types, super admin, HR admin and employees, so surveys could be distributed company-wide annually, completed by employees, and analyzed by clients through graphical representations. Existing survey data also had to be migrated cleanly into the new platform.
Super Admin

Our solution
We built a responsive web platform on Laravel and MySQL. Users register, log in, and create or answer surveys, while super and HR admins distribute surveys and view results graphically. Legacy survey data was migrated smoothly into the new database, and results can be exported to PDF.
